By accessing or using FoodNeverComes, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What FoodNeverComes Is

FoodNeverComes is an entertainment website and fake food delivery simulation. It lets you browse dishes, create an imaginary order, use a simulated checkout, and track a pretend rider.

FoodNeverComes is not a restaurant, grocery service, payment app, logistics provider, or real delivery marketplace.

No Real Food Orders

Orders placed inside the fake food experience are imaginary. No food is cooked, purchased, dispatched, or delivered. Any delivery time, rider movement, price, address, card, coupon, or order status shown in the simulation is for entertainment only.

Do not use FoodNeverComes for urgent, medical, nutritional, or real delivery needs.

Optional Support Payments

The main fake ordering experience is free and does not process real food payments. If optional support, donation, or paid supporter features are enabled, those payments are separate from the fake food order and are processed by third-party payment providers.

Support payments help keep the site running; they do not purchase real food delivery.

Support options are voluntary, one-time payments at the amounts shown before checkout. They do not create a membership, subscription, food order, delivery entitlement, or guaranteed feature. The payment provider displays the final amount before you confirm. For billing questions or refund requests, email support@foodnevercomes.org; any refund remains subject to applicable law and the payment provider's processing rules.

Affiliate Links

FoodNeverComes may include clearly disclosed affiliate links to third-party services. We may receive a commission if you purchase through one of those links, at no additional cost to you. A link does not mean we operate or control the third-party service, and its own terms and privacy policy apply.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent FoodNeverComes as a real delivery service.
• Use the site for fraud, spam, scraping, or abuse.
• Attempt to access systems or data without permission.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Interfere with the stability or security of the website.

Accounts and Support

Some features may require an account or support request. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

Intellectual Property

FoodNeverComes, its interface, writing, code, and original creative elements are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Food photos or third-party assets may be credited to their respective sources where used.

Disclaimers

FoodNeverComes is provided as a playful simulation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the experience will satisfy every craving.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodNeverComes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website.
